Walk the walk
Mission:
Walk the Walk Foundation is part of the National Diaper Bank Network.
Over the past year, we have been able to help many organizations with diaper donations. We organize the diapers we receive, repackage them into groups of twenty-five, and then give them to local non-profits, food, baby pantries, and shelters, who then distribute the diapers to families who need them. We are excited to be able to help the community in this way.
WTWF's Diapers for Babies Program now supports twelve distribution partners across Anne Arundel County.

How can we help Walk the Walk this year?
Participate in the Offical Bay Bridge Run and support Walk the Walk Foundation for a cause. As a Walk the Walk Foundation volunteer you will make your miles count by supporting children in our community with essential items like diapers, school supplies and Christmas gifts.
This is your only chance to run or walk across the majestic Chesapeake Bay Bridge which is typically closed to pedestrians. Uniquely fun, this 10K course will traverse the eastbound span of the bridge from Anne Arundel County to Kent Island in Queen Anne's County and finish with a huge post-race party!
Walk the Walk Foundation's goal is to raise $50,000 to continue improving the quality of life to those we serve.
In-Person Opportunity:
Packet Mailing Prep at Corrigan Sports HQ in Ellicott City
Help prepare race packets on Thursday Oct 24th. Two shifts are available: 9 a.m. – 1 p.m. and 1 p.m. – 5 p.m. Sign Up
Packet Pick-Up at Anne Arundel County Fairgrounds
Assist with packet distribution on Saturday, Nov 9th, from 8:30 a.m. – 1 p.m. Sign Up
*Please note - volunteer times are 4 hour shifts. If you would choose to volunteer your time at either of these in-person events you will receive 2 stamps for 4 hours service time.
